K.G. Jebsen centres for medical research

Since its inception, the Foundation has established 16 KG Jebsen centres for medical research in collaboration with Norwegian universities and university hospitals.

K. G. Jebsen-centres for marin/maritime research

The Foundation is active in the maritime and marine field and has so far established two different research centres: the KG Jebsen Centre for the Law of the Sea and the KG Jebsen Centre for Deep Sea Research.

Projects for the public benefit

It is also part of the Foundation’s objective to contribute to social initiatives that promote the development of society and help to protect the environment.
The Foundation has contributed to the high-tec learning and conference centre, the Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Centre at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
