Jebsen centres for medical research.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The prize for the best publication was awarded to\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dr. Chlo\u00e9 Beate Steen for the publication <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0092867421010618\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cAtlas of clinically distinct cell states and ecosystems across human solid tumors\u201d<\/a> published in the journal Cell.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dr. Steen is a post-doctoral researcher at the K.G. Jebsen Center for B-cell Malignancies at the University of Oslo. As a part of the award ceremony, she was invited to present her research at the joint academy and research center meeting. Gabrielsen<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The prize for the best dissemination action was awarded to Dr. Brooke Woolford.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dr. Woolford is a post-doctoral researcher at the K. G. Jebsen center for Genetic Epidemiology at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). She researchers Polygenetic Scores (PGS) which can be markers of a persons genetical risk for disease and might be targets for precision medicine. Since 2021 Dr. Woolford has presented her research on PGS to a broad specter of peers and has contributed to the ongoing multidisciplinary discussion on how to utilize PGS in clinical practice.
