K.G. Jebsen Centres for Medical Research

Since it was founded, Stiftelsen Kristian Gerhard Jebsen has established 22 KG Jebsen centres for medical research at Norwegian medical faculties and affiliated university hospitals.  The centres have been established in collaboration with the medical communities and the institutions that carry out the research. The goal is that new and important research results will result in improved treatment for patients

The centre’s interdisciplinary research team will, together with researchers in big data analysis (‘big data’), molecular biology and neuroscience, generate new knowledge about mechanisms that can be translated into new treatment of developmental disorders.
